• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If a deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been received, the associated bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 7u7f VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers based on their activity and contributions. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are entirely at the discretion of 7u7f and may change at any time.

All games available on the 7u7f platform — slots, live casino, fishing, dice, and sports betting — are operated according to specific rules.

6.1 Validity of Game Results

The results of all games are determined by an automatically verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. 7u7f is committed to ensuring the fairness of this system.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet for that game will be refunded or the final state will be determined according to server logs. 7u7f reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a system error.

6.3 Betting Limits

7u7f reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or unethical activity.
• Following a self-exclusion request.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure.

The 7u7f platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 7u7f accepts no liability for the following:

• Game losses or failed transactions caused by internet disconnection.
• Technical issues with third-party game providers or payment gateways.
• Damage caused by problems with the user's own device or software.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized third-party access — where the user's own negligence is responsible.
• Expected gaming profits not being realized.

Under no circumstances will 7u7f's total liability exceed the balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
